1) Your intelligence needs to be at least 250 to hotwire the yellow car.

2) To ride the bus, you need to go to the pawn shop to buy a cd-alarm

clock and buy caffine pills at the yellow colured shop.

3) You can get a skateboard by going to the yellow colured shop to

buy smoke and giving it to the blue headed guy.

4) To rob the yellow coloured shop, your charm needs to be at least
70.
